Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
Everyone working here is nice
and helpful. The other
residents are very friendly.
It's great how dog friendly
the building is. The building
and grounds are well kept and
clean. The mountain views are
amazing. It's one of the
nicer complexes I've ever
lived in. Very little noise
from surrounding apartments.
The fact the name of the
building is the address rather
than a regular apartment type
name is a little pretentious.

A sense of true city living,
but in a location that has a
greater sense of safety and
access to various stores to
shop for the essentials and
then some.

4550 Cherry Creek is
beautiful, extremely quite,
well maintained and wonderful
place to live. It is close to
everything, shopping, dining
and recreation are no more
than a 10 minute walk. We love
living here.

It is virtually unique to live
in a high rise apartment
building in this part of the
Metro area - so much nicer
than being closer to or
further from the downtown
area. Everything we need is
close. The apartment and the
views are spectacular!

Very nice apartments no noise,
grounds well kept people are
friendly and staff is nice.
The renters need to pick up
more behind thier dogs the
staff can not constantly
follow behind the residence
and clean up behind residence
animals. I walk the grounds
for exercise and there are a
lot of people watching their
dogs drop and not picking it
up. I see 4550 staff picking
up dog drops daily. Maybe the
resident pick up should be
enforced. I do have a safety
concern .....When people enter
the front door the security
lady does not ask who or where
the people three guys that
entered were going. The lady
just sat there and watched
people walking into the
building and went over to the
elevators waited until a
resident like myself carded
the elevator. They talked
about how they did not live
there and they got off on a
floor to knock on a resident
door. My last residential
place the security too a more
active role in securing people
from walking into the building
without answering questions on
whom they were seeing. Plus
just letting people rome the
open spaces and they do not
live there.

Perfect location boasting the
best of all amenities.
Everyone in the area is
familiar with "the tower" and
thinks very highly of it, thus
giving it a prestigious
reputation. The front office
staff and concierge service's
top notch, white glove
treatment is an added bonus
giving residents a feeling of
welcome and importance. I've
had to put in a few work
orders since my initial move
in and all issues have been
addressed within a 24-hour
time span. Overall, the
absolute best experience I've
EVER had as a long time
renter.
If I were to offer any
criticism of the property, it
would be the new taste in
decor. When I originally
toured the establishment I was
impressed at the elegant,
upper-crust appeal that the
lobby, elevators and hallways
gave off. The rich mahogany
wood paneling and crown
molding gave off a sense of
warmth and class. The
pictures of Denver images
lining the hallways indicated
a local pride that I found
very impressive. Since then
the whole downstairs has gone
through a remodel that has
transformed it from a cozy,
classy setting to a grayed out
postmodern office building
feel. Everything has been
painted over in shades of off
white and gray. The local
pictures have been replaced by
cheap looking abstract modern
paintings and the new
furniture lining the hallways
exemplifies a "Z Gallery"
sales-rack look. Although
still nice looking, I must say
that I am disappointed. I
understand that this is
probably a marketing technique
to attempt to draw a younger,
more hip clientele, but it
definitely displaces the
overall feel of the building
and replaces the warm "welcome
home" feel with a much colder
feel. If I were to offer my
opinion as a professional
designer and art critic, I
have to say that the time and
effort put into the remodel
produced impressive results...
but not appropriate to this
building.
Thanks for the opportunity to
give this feedback.
